Note from the author: This breakfast is one of my favorites to make when I am looking for something quick, easy, and nutrient-dense. It is a superfood breakfast, loaded with carbs, protein, vitamins, and minerals. I grew up with oatmeal being a stable breakfast for me and as I got older and my fitness journey progress, I came up with the idea of adding protein to my oatmeal. This was a game-changer for me and I highly recommend giving it a try!
