Gluten-Free Protein Bites

Active Time 5-10 minutes

Serves 2-4 people


Ingredients


1 cup oats

1/2 cup protein powder

1 banana (mashed)

4 dates

1 cup nut milk

Cocoa nibs (options to sub for chocolate chips)


Directions:


  1. Set oven to 375°.

  2. In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana (mashed), dates, and nut milk.

  3. Blend mixture until fully combined.

  4. Oil a oven safe muffin tray and add mixture to tray.

  5. Top each bite with cocoa nibs (or chocolate chips).

  6. Bake protein bites at 375° for 15 minutes.

  7. Remove bites from the oven and set to cool for 2 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
