Note from the author: This dish is an awesome snack to make throughout the day and has been one of my favorites recently. Not only is this a fun and yummy dish to make but the benefits that come from eating kale are epic! Some of these benefits include; improves your immune system, contains anti-inflammatory properties, high in vitamins and minerals, preventative towards serious diseases (including different types of cancer), helps keep your bones healthy, and supports your digestive system. Kale is a nutritional powerhouse and I highly recommend finding new ways to incorporate it into your diet. In gratitude,
